They each have wide experience including work with the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, the English National Ballet, the Welsh National Opera and the London Philharmonic as well as locally with the Lakeland Sinfonia, the North Pennine Chamber Orchestra and the Cumbria String Quartet.

Serenade Wedding Music
Serenade is a team of free-lance musicians based in the Northwest of England. (Although we can travel further a field). Our combination of flute, violins, viola & 'cello allows us the unique flexibility of performing as a String Quartet, String Trio, Flute Quartet or Flute Trio.
Solo Players String Quartet
The Solo Players were formed in 1994 to provide a refined and tasteful backdrop for those special occasions. All members of the Solo Players String Quartet are graduates of the Royal Northern College of Music and are also professional freelance musicians employed by many of the national orchestras guaranteeing the highest standard of music making.
Spring String Quartet
The Spring Quartet was formed 1995 when the family was approached by someone wanting string music at their wedding. Their success led to an engagement to play for the World Transplant Games Sponsors Dinner. Since then they have played for many weddings and corporate functions including the World Track Cycling Championships & the wedding of one of Elton John's musicians. In 2001 they were invited to present a series of concerts and workshops in Barbados.

We have a large selection of music with classical favourites from Bach, Mozart, Tchaikowsky and all the great composers through to Cole Porter, Gershwin, Scott Joplin and the Beatles.
